Du-Wanna Faye “Sissie” Hummel, 60, of Lynx in Adams County, Ohio died Thursday, August 14, 2025 at home. Du-Wanna was born November 19, 1964 in Bradenton, Florida. Du-Wanna was preceded in death by parents, Bobby Jo Lamb, Sr. and Karen Sue Lamb; and husband, Robert “Bob” Hummel.
Du-Wanna is survived by two daughters, Melissa (Adam) Lamb of Manchester and Ce Ce (Josh) Hummel of Wayne Township in Adams County; two sons, Ryan (Donna) Hummel of Lynx and Zachary “Turtle” Hummel of West Union; three grandchildren, Isaiah Lamb, Rylan Hummel and Dylan Hummel; two brothers, Joe (Nancy) Krueger Lamb and Edward Lamb; and several step siblings and nieces and nephews.
Du-Wanna was a graduate of Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.
The funeral service is on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 1 p.m., also at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union. Reverend David Sugarbaker will officiate.
The interment is Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the Moore’s Chapel Cemetery in Blue Creek.
