Jesse (Jay) Mason of West Union died Sunday, May 5 at the age of 70. Jesse passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife and family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Ermalene Mason; sister, Barb Mason-Spires and brothers Kelly and Lonnie Mason.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alicia Mason and sons, Joshua (Vicky) Mason and Dustin (Brittany) Mason: grandkids Alexis, Jaylynn, Jaida, Kaiden, Jaylen and Laken; his brother Mike Mason; and several nieces and nephews.
Jesse served in the US Army and retired from he Operators Union. Jesse enjoyed fishing and hunting, but most of all, coaching his sons in basketball and baseball.
