The Southern Ohio Soccer Officials Association is the organization responsible for training and staffing high school soccer referees for most of Clermont, Brown, Adams, and Highland counties. The SOSOA is actively seeking new officials for the upcoming OHSAA fall season and invite any adult with previous playing, coaching, or refereeing experience to consider serving their community and becoming a certified OHSAA referee. Officiating interscholastic sports is a great way to meet new friends, give back to the game you love, and make extra money along the way.
The SOSOA will offer a new officials training class beginning Sunday, July 17 at Trinity Christian Fellowship Church, 3743 Cobb Rd. in Williamsburg. The class will meet for a total of 25 hours of instruction and students will also work live scrimmages. Successful candidates will be certified in time to work the OHSAA soccer season this fall.
