Brantley Myers, eighth grade student at Peebles and the son of Justin and Stephanie Myers, is making a name for him,self after his second season witht he Peebles Archery program.
Brantley recenrtly qualified to participate in the NASP 3D National/World Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida where he scored his personal best of 289/300. With those impresssive numbers, Myers was awarded fourth overall National/World Middle School Boy and as an eighth grade student third overall in that division.
Only one point separated first and fourth places, with the National Champion scoring 290. In this tournament, Brantley scored a perfect 50 on two of his six rounds.
Brantley is coached by at Peebles by Erin and Rob Lewis. His journey was made possible by local business and individual donations by charitable events through The Chieftain Council.

Brantley plans to continue his archery career at Peebles High School and will be moving up to the High School Division next year.
NASP awarded $60,000 in scholarships at the National/World Championship in Florida. The sport of archery is very rewarding and offers a multitude of opportunities and the archery teams are always looking local talent.
The Peebles community is very proud of Brantley and his accomplishments and achievements and look forward to what the future entails for him, his coaches, and his team.

Brantley competes for Peebles High School in the Middle School Boys Division in NASP(National Archery in the Schools Program). He competed in a total of nine regular season tournaments, seven Bullseye and two 3D. He medaled in all of them. For Bullseye he earned four first place finishes, one second, one thirrd and one fourth. Of the two 3D tournaments he completed in, he placed first in both. He finished this season with a personal best score of 286 in bullseye and 289 in 3D.
At the 2026 Ohio NASP 3D State Tournament on April 4 in Logan, Ohio he scored 273, placing seventh out of 105 middle school boys and advanced to the Eastern Nationals.
At the 2026 Eastern National 3D Tournament on May 7 in Louisville, Kentucky he scored 283, a PR at that time, which qualified him to advance to the national championship.
