The West Union Methodist Church will be hosting their annual Fourth of July community picnic and Liberty Cornet Band Concert in the air conditioning. They will be serving grilled hot dogs, sauce, baked beans, chips, homemade cookies, ice cream, ice cold tea, and lemonade. They will be serving the meal downstairs in the Fellowship Hall while the Liberty Band plays in the sanctuary upstairs.
You are invited to join them at the church, 203 E. Mulberry St., (behind the National Bank), following the parade that is brought to you by the West Union Lions Club.
Bring your appetite and enjoy the concert of marches, patriotic music, and more while enjoying those grilled hot dogs!
