Kimberly Mae Hayslip, 66, of West Union, Ohio died Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at University Hospital in Cincinnati. Kimberly was born November 7, 1959 to the late Howard Amberson Miller and Rosa Tolliver. She was preceded in death by husband, Roger Lee Hayslip, Sr.; three brothers, Johnny Miller, Larry Miller, and Patrick Miller; and two sisters, Pat Jones and Angela Miller.
Kimberly is survived by four sons, Roger Lee (Melinda) Hayslip, Jr., Evan Ray (Ashley) Hayslip, Dennis (April) Welch, all of Blue Creek, and Curtis (Mercedes) Grooms of West Union; two daughters, Jennifer (Brandon) Hinson of Kentucky and Sarah (Richard) Hayslip of Blue Creek; 14 grandchildren, Beau, Kiana, Mariah, Carter, Gracelyn, Dennis Jr., Kaylee, Kaitlyn, Ariel, Richard, Maebelle, Roger, Lenny and Levi; one brother, Kit (Kathy) Miller of Maysville, Kentucky; three sisters, Linda May of Maysville, Kentucky, Judy Detro of Florence, Kentucky and Libby Hoskins of Salem, Indiana.

Visitation is Thursday June 25, 2026 from 10 a.n. – noon at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.
The Graveside Funeral is Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1 p.m. at the Moore’s Chapel Cemetery in Blue Creek in Adams County.
Interment is Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Moore’s Chapel Cemetery.
