The 15th anniversary of the Serpent Mound Star Knowledge-Fall Equinox Peace Summit offers three days of ceremony with indigenous elders from around the country, peace activists, wisdom keepers, musical experiences through song and drumming, presentations and other spiritually transformative experiences. It takes place indoors on September 19-21 from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. each day except Sunday when it finishes at 5:30 p.m. at Woodland Altars, 33200 State Route 41, Peebles, Ohio, which is just a few miles from the mound yet is connected to it through a powerful fault line. Honoring the fall equinox, new moon and solar eclipse, this sacred gathering offers the chance to experience a harmony of enduring wisdom, integrating ancient teachings through personal transformation.
Admission ranges from $44 to $120, children under 16 can attend for free and there is an option for a livestream Zoom access for $44 which is included in the on-site registration. Presentations include Grandmother Barbara Meister Vitale (Blue Star Woman) discussing ancient beliefs/ceremony/healing, Beatrice Menase Kwe Jackson (Anishinawbe) sunrise ceremony, Leslie Mora-Oropeza (Thunder Woman) granddaughter of Wallace Black Elk, Mayan calendar keeper and Mayan Grandmother Gina Kanbalam Miranda. Paleontologist/geologist Thomas Johnson will discuss the grid anomalies and minerals of Serpent Mound, paranormalist and supernatural historian Mason Winfield and many other speakers will also be present to share their wisdom. Music, dance, drumming with Baba Jubal and a Native American flute concert are included in the peace summit. Vendors and artists will offer one-of-a-kind jewelry, instruments, medicine bags, healing tools, and crystals with healing modalities and oracle card readings being offered as well. Cash is best during the gathering as the electromagnetic anomalies in the area sometimes affect WiFi.

Only service animals will be permitted but no other pets will be allowed. A food vendor will be on site with vegan and omnivore choices throughout the event and other food vendors are welcome to apply as well. No illegal drugs or excessive use of intoxicants will be permitted and those violating the rule will be asked to leave.
The Serpent Mound It is the only place on earth where a meteor has hit a fault line and is filled with ancient connections and beautiful history. It is the world’s largest surviving example of a prehistoric effigy mound. Serpent Mound is on an ancient sea bed centered in a 320 million year old meteor impact crater.
