The Adams County Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Pujan Patel, PA-C, a certified Physician Assistant, to its medical team of family medicine providers.

Pujan brings a strong background in family medicine and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. He earned his Masters of Physician Assistant from Ashland University and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

“We are excited to welcome Pujan Patel to our Family Medicine team,” said Rachel Cummings, Chief Nursing Officer at Adams County Regional Medical Center. “His addition supports our mission of providing high-quality, accessible healthcare throughout Adams County, Brown County, and the surrounding areas.”

Pujan Patel will be rotating between ACRMC Family Medicine clinics to meet the growing demand for primary care services in the region. His areas of focus include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients of all ages. He believes in taking the time to listen to patients and build trusting relationships that promote long-term health and wellness.

“As a provider, my goal is to ensure patients feel heard, supported, and involved in their care plans,” said Patel. “I look forward to serving our community and helping individuals live healthier lives.”
