Sharon R Gordley, 77 years of age, of Peebles, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Monarch Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seaman, Ohio.
Sharon was born on November 6, 1947, in the Locust Grove community of Peebles, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and Hazel “Bernice” (Inlow) Thomas. Sharon was employed by General Motors.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Damona and Michael Johnson; and her son, Alan and Tina Gordley, both of Peebles; along with a special friend, Rodger Kirker. Sharon will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Michael, Mason and Kara, Schaye, and Logan and Bailey; as well as her great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Matthias, Noah, Mackenzie, Olivia, and Liam.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her sisters, Berma Shanks and Betty Thomas, and by a grandchild, Kelsey.
Family and friends may pay their respects during visitation on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles, Ohio.
Graveside funeral services will be held following the visitation, on Friday, August 1, 2025, beginning at 11 a.m. at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Peebles. Mike Davis will officiate the service.
