Patricia “Pat” Darlene Boldman, 74, of Jefferson Township in Adams County, Ohio, died Friday, September 6, 2024 at home. She was born January 30, 1950 in Peebles. She was preceded in death by parents, James Edward Boldman and Minnie Opal (Whitt) Boldman; daughter, Tinna Kay (Boldman) Ward; son, baby boy Boldman; sister, Sharon Boldman; sister-in-law, Grace (Boldman) Ewing; mother-in-law, Hazel (Taylor) Dotson and father-in-law, Doad Boldman.
Pat is survived by husband, Robert “Bob” Eugene Boldman of Jefferson Township; two daughters, Juanita (Boldman) Reed of Blue Creek and Teresa (Boldman) Chamblin and son-in-law, Tommy Ramey, both of Blue Creek; and sons-in-law, James Reed of Hillsboro, Scott Ward of Otway and J.R. Chamblin of Columbus; one sister, Joyce (Mike) Kilmer of Hillsboro; four brothers, Roger (Dawn) Boldman of Wilmington, Jimmy (Tory) Boldman of Hillsboro, Randy (Susan) Boldman of New Vienna and Phillip Boldman of Wilmington; two step sisters, Marshie (Ronnie) Miller of Blue Creek and Peggy (Charles) Grooms of West Union; step brother, Bert Hayslip of Lynx; six grandchildren, James (Odessa) Reed of Blue Creek, Heather (Lester) Boldman Grooms of Blue Creek, Courtney Ward of Otway, Amber Reed of Lancaster, Sydney Ward of Otway and Chris (Vic) Cornell of Otway; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Axie Boldman of Cedar Mills and Darlene Myers of Blue Creek; two brothers-in-law, Eugene Boldman and Doug Boldman, both of Blue Creek; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pat was a former truck driver with her husband in the Logging Industry. She attended the Churn Creek Church of Christ and was a former student at the Piketon Schools.
The Visitation is from 10 – 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.
The Graveside Funeral is at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Moore’s Chapel Cemetery in Blue Creek under the direction of the Lafferty Funeral Home. Pastor Vince Wright will officiate.
