The Manchester Village Council met on Tuesday, August 20 and the public expressed concerns about the homeless population in the village and the enforcement of regulations on dwellings erected in the floodplain.

Mayor B.J. Goodwin called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m., with all council members present. Following a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance, the council unanimously approved the regular meeting minutes from July 16, 2024, and the special meeting minutes from July 24, 2024.
