Alexander “Alex” Pollard, age 22 years of West Union, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, the result of an auto accident. Alex was born October 24, 2001 in Maysville, Kentucky to Anitra (Hickey) and the late Robby Pollard. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Donanna Pollard.
Survivors include his mother, Anitra Hayslip and Brian of West Union; brother, Brantley Hayslip of West Union; Maternal Grandmother Robin Whitley of Peebles; Great Grandmother Effie Waters of West Union; Uncle Ryan Pollard of Ponce Inlet, Florida; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
Visitation was held pn Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at The Willow, from 4 – 7 p.m. with cremation to follow. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union served the family.
