Betty “Nadean” Daulton, 85 years of age, of West Union, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the Adams County Manor, in West Union.

Nadean was born on May 20, 1938, in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Cecil and Ollie (Stephens) Hart. Nadean took pride in being a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the Purtee Church.

In addition to her parents, Nadean was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Daulton, whom she married on January 10, 1958; and by her sisters, Wanda Pendell and Gayle Hindman, and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Pendell and Berlyn Hohn.

Nadean is survived by her children, Tim (Donna) Daulton of West Union and Debbie Daulton (Mike Cornett) of Blue Creek. She also leaves behind her sisters, Peggy Pendell of Amelia and Wilma Jean Hohn of Peebles; as well as her brother-in-law, Bill Hindman of Amelia. Nadean will be missed by her three grandsons,, Derrick, Seth and Easton.

Family and friends may pay their respects during visitation on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation on April 5, 2024, beginning at 1 p.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles. Hannum Taylor will officiate the service. The burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.
