Loretta Mae Wesley, 83 years of age, of Peebles, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, at her residence.
Loretta was born on August 2, 1939, in Adams County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Nation and Dorothy (Elenberger) Johnson. Loretta was a member of the Beech Fork Community Church, in Otway, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley, who passed away on November 4, 2012. She was also preceded in death by six of her brothers.
Loretta is survived by her sons, Ted (Carla) Wesley and Johnny Wayne (Andrea) Wesley, both of Peebles; her daughters, Kathy Meyer of Louisville, Kentucky, Mary (Mike) Brown of Otway and Connie Wesley of Peebles. She is also survived by her brother, Roland Johnson of Seaman; and her sisters, Nina Angli, of Dayton, Nancy DeMint of Peebles and Judy Johnson of Cincinnati. Loretta will be missed by her 14 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects during visitation on Friday, February 17, 2023, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Beech Fork Community Church in Otway.
