John R. Mullenix, age 80 years of West Union, Ohio, passed away Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital. John was born May 30, 1939 to the late Henry Estel and Geneave (Foulke) Mullenix in Highland County, Ohio. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandi Nicole Mullenix.
Survivors include special friend Helen Bayless of West Union, Ohio; two daughters, Kim and Renea Mullenix of West Union, Ohio; five sons, Jeffery L. Mullenix of Seaman, Ohio, Matthew Samuel Mullenix of Hillsboro, Ohio, James Conrad Mullenix of Springboro, Ohio, Shane Mullenix of West Union, Ohio, and Darin Tomlin of West Union, Ohio; two sisters Barbara of Hillsboro, Ohio; Linda Phillips of Hillsboro, Ohio; two brothers, Harry E. Mullenix of Hillsboro, Ohio and Henry E. Mullenix of Hillsboro, Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Following cremation a private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
