Donna Sue Claypoole Manning, 74, of Manchester, Ohio, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center. She was born in Mayslick, Ky. on Sept. 19, 1945 to the late Stanley and Elma (Robb) Claypoole.

Donna worked cleaning many houses, churches, and businesses in Manchester. She attended the Baptist Church on 5th Street in Manchester. She was the oldest cancer survivor in Adams County.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by two brothers, Glen Laypeople and Raymond Claypoole, and two sisters, Betty Claypoole Donatelli and Carolyn Claypoole Eitel.

Donna is survived by two sons, Preston Manning and Robert “Robby” Manning both of Manchester, Ohio; one daughter, Deanna (Randall) Sentney of Manchester, Ohio; seven grandchildren, including her grandson she was raising, Cole Manning; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Everett (Patsy) Claypoole and Gerald Claypoole both of Richmond, Ind.; three sisters, Velma Claypoole Bellamy of Fleminsgsburg, Ky., Mary (Tim) Claypoole Davis of Lewisburg, Ohio, and Carol Lee (James) Galbraith of Carlisle, Ky.

A Private Service will be held for Donna at the convenience of the family. Wilson Home for Funerals in Manchester is assisting the family.
