Larry J. Ryan, 74 years of Peebles, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at his residence.
Larry was born in Washington Court House, Ohio, on Nov. 13, 1944, the son of the late Charles and Mildred (Fent) Ryan. He was self-employed, working in maintenance.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Gloria (Grooms) Ryan, whom he married on Nov. 16, 1962. Larry is also survived by his son, Kelly (Cathy) Ryan of Peebles as well as his daughter, Beth (Dean) Brown, also of Peebles. Larry’s loss will be mourned by his two brothers, Bill (Connie) Ryan, of Amelia and Chuck (Carmen) Ebenhack, of California; and his sister, Gayle (Russell) Sweet of Winchester; as well as his four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019, at the Peebles Church of Christ in Peebles, Ohio. The ceremony will be officiated by Jason Bohl and Craig Wilson. Burial will follow at the Locust Grove Cemetery, in Peebles.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 5- 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the Church of Christ.
