Deanna F. Corrnett-Brumley-Humphrey – This gentle and beloved woman passed with peace and grace on the evening of June 25, 2018 at the age of 77.

Deanna was the daughter of the late Anna Louise Johnson and Carter Cornett. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Phyllis Ruth Howard and Linda Dorsey. And also proceeded by her first husband Ronald L. Brumley, the father of her children.

In 1983 she was united in marriage with Marvin (Glenn) Humphrey- retired Navy veteran. They shared 34 years of love and contentment before his passing on December 25, 2017. A beautiful lady, devoted wife, hero and best friend to all her children. Her spirit was gentle but strong, fun loving, elegant, smart and wise.

She will live on forever in the hearts of her five children who are left behind to mourn the loss. Darla Brumley Goodman (Mike) of Seattle WA; Rhonda Brumley Burton (Bill) of Grayson, KY; Timothy (Tim) Brumley of Manchester, OH; Sherry Brumley Barr (Dana) of West Union, OH; Bradley K. Brumley (Christina) of Manchester, OH. Two brothers Victor (Bud) Cornett and Phil Cornett. One sister Dolly Cornett. Also left to mourn the loss of this beautiful and loving soul are grandchildren Deanna Adams (Justin); Jennifer Rogers (Jason); Daniel Purdin (Sarah); Leslie Goodman, Eric Goodman (Roschelle); Miranda Moles (Jimmy); Adam Pollitt (Mackenzie); Alexandria Brumley (Kyle) and Bradley A. Brumley. And great grandchildren Mackenzie, Rylan, Kasen, Mason, Sonny, Rodney, Eli, Aleah Rose and Nikolas. She will be sadly missed by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. At the time of her passing Deanna was awaiting the birth of a new baby great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Bentonville Community Church with John Greenlee officiating. Under the direction of the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Manchester Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. the day of the service at the Church.
