Karen Ann Thompson, age 63 years, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center. Mrs. Thompson was born July 25, 1954, the daughter of the late Richard and Caroline (Burnham) Wakeley in Springfield, Ohio.
Karen was a member of the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in Maysille, Ky.
Survivors include her husband Robert A. “Bob” Thompson of Manchester, Ohio; two daughters ,Kimberley Beaver of Hiram, Ga. and Angela Thompson of Manchester, Ohio; three sons, Bobby Thompson of Hiram, Ga., Rob Thompson and Tanya of Newark, Ohio,and Craig Thompson and Sarah of Brooksville, Ky.; two sisters ,twin sister Sharon Jones of Columbia, Tenn. and Anita Adams of Beavercreek, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 6 p.m.at the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, in Maysville, Ky. under the direction of the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home with Randy Osman officiating. Visitation will be held from 4- 6 p.m. the day of the service at the church. Burial will held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at noon at the Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia, Ohio.
