Jeri E Mahaffey, 66, of Manchester, Ohio died Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Meadowview Regional Hospital. She was born in Maysville, Ky on April 25, 1952 to the late John O and Eleanor (Kemmeter) Mahaffey.
She was a 1970 Manchester High School graduate and had obtained an Associates Degree. Jeri owned and operated the House of Beauty and Sun Your Buns in Maysville and temporarily in Manchester. She was a workaholic, liked to dance, and spend time on the river.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother John Michael Mahaffey.
Jeri is survived by her daughter: Teri (Todd) Adkins of Manchester, Oh, her son: Michael Hamilton of Maysville, Ky, and her grandchildren: Hannah Adkins, Micaela Hamilton, Braylon Hamilton, Kylie Hamilton, and Nyla Hamilton.
A Funeral service for Jeri will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 4 at Wilson Home for Funerals. Burial at the Manchester Cemetery will follow. A visitation will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
