The North Adams Junior High girls and boys basketball teams will be hosting a “Play For The Cure” game on Saturday, Jan. 28 when the teams host Faytteville.
“Tipoff For Tammy” was organized by NAJH seventh grade coach Taylor Jodrey to assist the family of one of the basketball parents who is fighting a battle with cancer.  All proceeds will go directly to that family.
Besides the four junior high basketball games beginning at 10 a.m., fund raising events for the day will include a silent auction, Split The Pot, a $100 Half-Court Shot contest, a bake sale, a pulled pork dinner, and an auction of signed basketballs.
T-Shirts will be available for purchase as well as numerous theme baskets will be part of the silent auction.  For more information, contact Coach Jodrey at (937) 217-3395.
