Bill Parker

William ParkerBill Parker, age 76 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman.
He was born on June 13, 1940 in Corbin, Ky., the son of the late Paul and Inez (Rapier) Parker.  He was a machinist at Ford Motor Company.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Parker of Winchester; two sons, Dennis Parker and wife Kim of Batavia and Dan Parker and wife Renee of Loveland; three step daughters, Angela Hall of Winchester, Trish Roades and husband Chris of Winchester, and Tina Knecthly and husband Johnny of West Union;  three brothers, Hershel Parker of Corbin, Ky., Bob Parker and wife Brenda of New Salisbury, Ind., and Dennis Parker and wife Barbara of Evansville, Ind.; brother in law David Patton and wife Maureen of Lake Waynoka; three sisters, Kay Anderson and husband Ron of Corbin, Ky., Paula Hawkins of Hendersonville, NC, and Connie Sweet and husband Jesse of Statham, Ga.; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held Sunday July 24, 2016 at 3 p.m. at the Winchester United Methodist Church with Greg Roberts officiating.
The Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Winchester United Methodist Church, Winchester/Wayne Township Life Squad or East Ambulance.
