Sally Jane Hayslip age 60 years of Lynx, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the Hospice of Hope Inpatient Center at the Adams County Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hayslip was born Feb. 8, 1956 the daughter of the late Kenneth and Cindy (Harris) Kuehner in Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband Fletch Hayslip of Lynx; one daughter Heather Stapleton and husband Darren of West Union; one son Eric Hayslip and wife Elizabeth of Lynx; two brothers Kurt Kuehner of Texas; and Karl Kuehner of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren Clare and Emmy Stapleton and Nolan Hayslip; and one niece Natasha Kuehner of Florida.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at the East Liberty Chapel at 3 p.m. with Jason Hayslip officiating following cremation. A time of fellowship will be held following the service at the East Liberty Chapel Fellowship Hall. Interment of Mrs. Hayslip will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home is serving the family.
