Doris “Tootie” Roush Cooley, 88, formerly of Manchester, died Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Adams County Manor. She was born in Adams County on May 8, 1928 to the late Harvey Chester and Mary Etta (Hile) Roush.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, May 16 at the Manchester Church of the Nazarene. Rev Tony Watson will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Kirker Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church.
