The Adams County Farm Bureau recently awarded three $500 scholarships to 2015 Adams County High School graduates. The recipients were Emily Bauman, Kelly Boerger and Brent Noah Anderson.

Bauman, the daughter of Kent and Joy Bauman of Otway, is a graduate of the Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center. She will attend the Ohio State University this fall where she will major in Community Leadership. Her goal is to obtain a B.S. degree and pursue a career as an Ohio State University Extension Program Assistant. She also plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Counselor Education.

Boerger, the daughter of Karl and Kelly Boerger of Seaman, is a 2015 graduate of North Adams High School. She plans to continue her studies this fall at Wright State University where she will seek a degree in Education.

Anderson, the son of Larry and Darlene Anderson of Winchester, is also a 2015 graduate of North Adams High School. He will attend UC-Clermont in the fall. His goal is to become a pharmacist.

Adams County Farm Bureau wishes to congratulate these young people and wish them much success in the future.
