Administrative Judge Alan W. Foster of the Adams County Court has filed the Court’s report with the Supreme Court of Ohio For the month of January 2015.
The court had a total of 310 new cases filed in January 2015. There were 16 felony cases, 27 misdemeanor cases, 5 OVI cases, 194 other traffic cases, 0 personal injury and property cases, 14 contract cases, 9 eviction cases, 0 other civil case and 2 small claims cases.
During the same period, the court terminated a total of 317 cases.
