Adams County Commissioner Stephen Caraway recently returned from Washington D.C., where he represented the Adams County Farm Bureau during the Young Ag Professionals Leadership Experience.Caraway’s three-day visit included meetings with the American Farm Bureau to discuss legislation currently under consideration in Congress. One of the topics of discussion was a proposed Environmental Protection Agency rule that could directly impact farmers in Adams County.

Ball control can be an effective weapon in a football game and the junior high Manchester Greyhounds were the perfect example of that last Thursday night, Sept, 25, at Greyhound Stadium. The setting was the first junior high match up in many years between the visiting North Adams Green Devils and the host Greyhounds.
