Playing just two games in ten days because of the wicked winter weather conditions, the Manchester Lady Hounds made the best of it, picking up two road wins, defeating the Ironton St. Joseph Lady Flyers 49-46 on Jan.18 and then coming back on Jan. 27 to roll past Ripley 52-28. The Lady Flyers bounced back in the second half, outscoring their visitors 10-8 in the third quarter and 18-13 in the fourth, but the Lady Hounds hung on to leave town with a 49-46 win/
