During National Library Week, community members paid their fines for overdue library items by donating canned goods at Adams County Libraries. Many community members made additional donations, adding up to almost a thousand food items. All your donations will support food pantries in Adams County communities.
Our panel of judges picked four winners from our Design a Bookmark contest at the Peebles Library. Congratulations to Ja-el, Morgan, Allison, and Stephanie. We loved all the unique designs!
Chilton’s Automotive Repair library is back! Access every Chilton’s manual ever published at Chilton’s Library Online, through a link on the library’s website. Chilton’s now offers their famous automotive repair manuals exclusively online. Simply select the year, make, and model of a vehicle, and view diagrams, step-by-step repair instructions with pictures, bulletins and recalls, and maintenance schedules, for vehicles from 1940 through the present. Print the specific information you need, and take it with you. Stop by the library desk, and ask about Chilton’s – we’ll be happy to help you find the information you need. If you visit the Chilton Library website from home, you must enter your library card number to access the website.
