Can you believe that Easter is just a few short days away? While it is a fun-filled day of wearing our Easter “best”, bonnets and all, chocolate bunnies, colored eggs and children “hunting” for little treasures, don’t forget the real meaning of the Easter season!
Please Be Safe
With all the rainy weather we’ve had lately, one important thing to remember is to never drive through water on the roadways. Even a shallow depth of fast-moving flood water can produce more force than you can imagine and can sweep your vehicle off the road and into dangerous water. You cannot tell how much of the road may already be washed away! Flood waters can rise rapidly and can quickly sweep the car (and its occupants) away. Many deaths have resulted in attempts to drive through or try to move stalled vehicles. Be smart and re-route!!
