On Monday afternoon, members of FFA chapters from all of the local high schools met at the office of the Adams County Commissioners for the proclamation of “FFA Week in Adams County.” The County Commissioners designate the week of Feb. 15-22 as FFA Week.
FFA and agricultural education provide a strong foundation for the youth of Adams County while promoting leadership, personal growth, and career success among its members. The FFA motto of “learning to do, doing to learn, earning to live, living to serve”gives direction of purpose to students who take an active role in succeeding in agricultural education.
The Adams County Commissioners send their best wishes to all of the local FFA students for a bright future.
