The North Adams Junior High girls and boys basketball teams recently completed their third annual Coat Drive to help out with the Holiday Sharing Event at Blue Creek. The junior high boys and girls teams help with collecting coats, blankets, gloves, and toys to help out 48 families in the Blue Creek area. Once again the kids collected so many items this year that they were also able to help and donate to The Adams County Shelter For The Homeless, which will help over 100 more families in Adams County. The coaches thank all the parents that helped out and the Mays family again for allowing them to be a part of this great event in teaching the young athletes some very important lessons that will help them grow into good people in the community.
