Frances S Kidder, 73 years, of Peebles, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at her residence.
Frances was born in Holman, New Mexico, on February 1, 1944, the daughter of the late John Sandoval and Ida Medina Sandoval. Frances attended the St. Mary’s Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, in Peebles. She worked as a Home Health Caregiver.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Kenneth Kidder, who passed away in September, 2010. She is survived by her two daughters, Ida Vigil, of Janesville, Wisconsin; and Lely (Terry) Palmer, of Peebles. Frances also leaves behind two step-daughters, Nina Thompson, of Franklin; and DeeAnn Willis, of West ] Middletown; as well as one step-son, Kenneth Kidder, of Middletown; her sister, Dr. Isabelle Sandoval, of Santa Fe, New Mexico; and her brother, Jon Sandoval, of Boise, Idaho. Frances will be missed by her thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, as well as her extended church family and many dear friends.
According to Frances’s wishes, she is to be cremated. A memorial mass is being planned for September 11, at 11:00 AM, at the St. Mary’s Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, in Peebles, with Father Puntel officiating. Interment will follow at the Jacksonville Cemetery.
