(See the April 2 issue of The People’s Defender.)

This group of young ladies took First Place in the Banner Competition at the recent state Beta Convention in Columbus.

After the convention, club members were able to enjoy a guided tour of the Ohio Statehouse, learning about the history of our state government and seeing first hand where Ohio bills become laws.
The North Adams Beta Club will be taking 40 club members plus chaperones to Disney World for the National Convention in June. They are currently trying to raise funds to help support these students in their quest to compete at a national level.
Anyone willing to make a small donation to help support this endeavor
