MHS Computer Class aces MOS Exam

On Nov. 29, Manchester High school students traveled to the Southern State Community College testing center in Wilmington to take the Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint Exam.  Ms. Richards took 13 students to the testing center to take the exam. All of the students passed the MOS exam and are now certified as a “Specialist in Microsoft Office PowerPoint”.  Jamison Wilkins and Brittany Fanning received perfect scores on the exam. According to the test administrator, no one had ever received a perfect score on the test.  Manchester currently offers three classes through SSCC in which students can become certified in all three of the following areas: Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Excel.
