Steve L Lucas

Steve Lynn Lucas age 52, of Franklin, Ohio, formerly of West Union, passed away Tuesday July 6 at his residence. He was born Feb. 26, 1964 in Brown County, Ohio, the son of the late Janet (Lucas) Watts. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Minnie Mabel Lucas and Victor Junior Lucas; two uncles David and Junior Lucas; two aunts Patsy (Lucas) Brewer and Sue (Lucas) Moore; and mother-in-law Faye Collins.

He is survived by his two children, Bailee Lucas, age 11 and Kanaan Lucas age 8; one sister, Christie Hayslip of West Union; one brother, Brian and Dorthea Hayslip of Wilmington; one aunt, Judy (Lucas) Jenkins; step-dad Charles and Shirley Hayslip of Hillsboro; father-in-law, Lynn Collins “Old Man” and Special Friend / Mother of his children, Sabrina Lucas; and several cousins and nieces and nephews and one great nephew Jase Morgan.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m on Tuesday July 12, 2016  in the Clarence E. Bowman Chapel. Family will receive friends on hour prior the service. Arrangements are entrusted to the Young Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory.
