Michael Anthony Polley, 52, of Byrd Township in Brown County, died Monday, July 4, 2016 at home. He was born June 4, 1964 in West Union. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Wayne Polley and four brothers and four sisters.
He is survived by his companion, Mindy Greene of Byrd Township; two sons, Corey Polley of Brooksville, Ky. and Anthony Vaughn of Manchester; two daughters, Bethany Polley of Peebles and Kari Young of West Union; his mother, Evelyn Marie (Truitt) Polley of Tiffin Township; four brothers, Keith Polley of Orient, Kelly Polley of West Union, Tony Polley of Manchester and Rickey Polley of Peebles;
five sisters, Cathy Bradford of Manchester, Sharon Sweet of Indiana, Angie Thacker of West Union, Nannette Polley of Wilmington and Jennifer Polley of Aberdeen; several aunts and uncles; and 70 nieces and nephews.
He was a former farm hand and construction worker. He was a coonhunter and fisherman and a root digger who loved to be in the woods.

The graveside service is Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Huntington Township in Brown County.
