H. Ruth (Hinson) Davis, 91, of Liberty Township in Adams County, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at home. She was born March 8, 1925 in Blue Ash. She was preceded in death by her parents. Harry Henry and Helen Blanche (Conn) Hinson; husband; T. Lewis Davis; three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by one son; Richard “Rick” L. Davis (Dorothy) of Liberty Township; three grandchildren; R.J. Davis (Erica), James Davis (Amy) and Rebecca (Shawn) Simmers, all of West Union and nine great grandchildren.
She was a clerk at the U.S. Army Depot in Sharonville during W.W. II. She attended Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church in Liberty Township. She was a former member of Olive Branch United Methodist Church near Oregonia in Warren County and a former member of the Assemblies of God in Wilmington. She was a former volunteer at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington and was a 1943 Graduate of Sycamore Township High School in Hamilton County.

The visitation is Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union with the funeral service at noon. Pastor Bill Cooper will officiate. The interment is at 2:30 p.m. at the Morrow Cemetery in Symmes Township in Warren County.
