Cleo England, age 95 of Seaman, died Friday, April 29, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Manchester, Ky. on Oct. 2, 1920 to the late Samuel and Polly Roberts Wagers. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim England; a daughter, Thelma Jean Blankenship; three brothers, Chester Wagers, George S. Wagers and Alonzo Wagers; a sister, Nellie Hollen and a grandson, Steve Blankeship.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3 at the Robertson County Funeral Home with visitation at noon. Burial was in the Walters England Family Cemetery.
