Mamie E. (Lunsford) Hicks, 76, of Tiffin Township in Adams County, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. She was born August 31,1939 in Utopia in Clermont County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe Rose and Mary Elizabeth (Shepherd) Lunsford and sisters, Shirley Combs and Barbara Lunsford.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard Lee Hicks of Tiffin Township; two daughters, Tammy McCoy of Tiffin Township and Elva Foster of Amelia; two sons: Roscoe Louden (Marlene) of West Union and Paul Louden of Manchester; sister, Martha Sherman of Dayton; eight grandchildren: Richard Foster, Jessica Shreffler, Zachary Louden, Joshua Hicks, Travis Louden, Adam Johnson, Karlie McCoy and Gage McCoy, all of Adams County; and six great grandchildren:
Jordan Hicks, Amber Hicks, Joshua Hicks, Jr., Mason Shreffler, all of West Union, and Connor Foster and Sawyer Foster of Amelia.
Mamie was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed but will always be in our hearts.

The graveside service is Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1 pm at Cherry Fork Cemetery. Pastor Bill Setty will officiate.
