H. David Self, 56, of Peebles, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Fla. He was born July 10, 1959 in Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, Closson Thomas and Florence Mae (Martindale) Self.
The visitation is Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 4- 6 p.m. at the Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union with a funeral service at 6 p.m. Billy J. Self will officiate.
Mr. Self will be cremated after the service and the inurnment will be at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Locust Grove at the convenience of the family. Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.
