In ceremonies held on Jan. 19 before the high school boys game with Fayetteville, Barbara Moore became the latest inductee into the North Adams High School Athletic Hall of Fame. The event marked the sixth induction ceremony at NAHS and Moore becomes the 19th member of the schools’ Athletic Hall of Fame.

In her senior season at North Adams, Moore averaged a double double of 21 points and 14 rebounds, helping to lead the Lady Devils to a sectional championship. She also earned All-Southern Hills League recognition all four years of high school basketball.

After her outstanding high school careers, Moore went on to graduate from the Ohio State University and then the Capital University Law School. She currently has her own law office in West Union.
