A runaway alert was issued this week for 17-year old Devin Stewart-Hampleman, who left his caregiver’s home without permission or knowledge of his whereabouts on Dec. 18.
Devin is described as a 5’9” male, 160 lbs., with bright blue eyes and brown hair. He is believed to be in Adams County and likely in the Winchester area.
